Aside from her anti-abortion stance where's the problem with the rest of it? She said she wouldn't use the morning after pill but doesn't consider it bad either as all methods are good. She's a holy roller, but given she's not flying lies there she's quite on with keeping school and religion separate which is a very good thing. Honestly I think the biggest problem is the idiots in the McCain camp that shelter that woman and won't let her be herself like you saw on day one and in the rncc.

I don't care if McCain let her be herself or not, she scares me either way. She's shown a general lack of compassion for life in general, despite her "pro-life" stance, and she has barely any experience in gov't at all. I mean, governor of ALASKA? Not only is Alaska arguably the smallest state in terms of population, she's bent on wiping out the two biggest groups in her state: wolves and polar bears. Sorry, but she's not leadership material at all.

What makes you think she was being herself at the RNC? That's a highly choreographed speech that was prepped right down to the last syllable. If anything, it's the interviews that reflect the real Sarah Palin more than anything else so far.
I find it hard to believe that anybody could take this woman seriously after her performance in the Couric interview. I mean, the SNL parody of it wasn't even as funny as watching the real thing play out.
The funny thing about that SNL skit is that there wasn't that much of a difference between the interview and parody. At least 70% of the language was the same.

Well, she's been pushing for the decriminalization of hunting wolves from helicopters. If that doesn't scream redneck, I don't know what does. Besides, the wolf population has only recently rebounded from endangered status, and she already wants to put them back in the danger zone? This woman is a danger to both mankind and the animal kingdom. I'd say she should be kept in Alaska, but I think she could do less damage in Idaho. They're screwed up enough that Palin couldn't make things any worse.

Looking back now to your comment the first and only thing that came to mind was: And?
