There are some targets with self checkout. Oddly I've seen neither store chicago with self-checkout.

I'm a bit of a neat freak so Target would win on that merit alone. Walmarts are just filthy cluttered messes jam packed with wall to wall people with **** stacked to the ceiling. And Walmarts offspring Sam's Club is a gross and accurate picture of American consumerism at its worst. I HATE that place.

Target easily. WalMart has a lot of problems such as their so-called everyday lower price because it's 2-4cents cheaper (.95 or .97 on a tag.) The place always seems dirty and somewhat run down. Depending which you go to it's like they pump a perfume version of liquid hillibilly or mexican into the vents which gets pretty bad fairly quickly. They may have more selection than Target, but the added selection tends to be some pretty lame stuff of varying levels of crap quality too.

I prefer Target largely because I refuse to pump money into the Chinese economy at the expense of our own. That and the only likable employees at the Walmarts around here are the greeters.

Target easily. Everything in Walmart is low quality. And I mean "Low". Plus the people you tend to see in a Walmart store are so damn ghetto.

Target has pretty good quality stuff and good deals. Walmart is a dump. Plus there are Targets everywhere around me.

Target. I bought my PS3 at Walmart and went back a total of four times just to use my $100 gift certificate. The disc was faulty, nothing was in stock, the cables didn't work (and this was all stuff bought separate from the PS3), terrible service. It was just return after return after return. I've never had that trouble at Target.

Target. Every time I go Wal-Mart, at least two black people yell and say "Cracka'!"

I hate most of the ghetto crowd on the south side of Chicago.

I LOVE Walmart. Mine has McDonalds right inside of it and it's right next to menswear so if you ever buy a tshirt from them you can't wash it or it'll lose its chicken nuggetty scent.

Can't beat it.

Yep. The worst is when they get so fat they need those carts to get around. If I ever become so fat that I can not move under my own power, Im just going to shoot myself and be done with it.
