Well I've lost 40lbs in 3 and half months...not from DDR though, from Atkins.

I was 195 now I'm 154 last time I checked...started it in Late March.

I hear all that stuff about Atkins now...all that stuff about it being unhealthy for your heart and stuff. It's all silly, I think. All these fad diets....its cool it worked for you though.

Atkins is not as healthy as South Beach Diet... I'd recommend South Beach, because unlike Atkins, carbs are slowly introduced back into the diet. Atkins is basically NEVER eating carbs again.... sorry, I don't know about you guys, but I need my pizza fix every now and again.

I'd probally try that South Beach diet, if i ever did go on a diet. If i wasnt able to eat one of my massive sandwiches ever again... well, i'd probally go clinically insane

Did you go to Blizzard Beach or that other water park where you can swim with little sharks (I forgot it's name)? I went a couple years ago, and they are a lot of fun as far as water parks go... I really want to go to Busch Gardens though..

Never heard of Blizzard Beach, but we did go to Water Country USA. That was a lot of fun but I got a horrible sun burn from it. Then my shoulders started to peel and the itching was even worse then the burning.

Looks awesome. I'll definently consider this place next time it's vacation time.... its got some stiff competition in the form of Vegas, and Six Flags: Magic Mountain, though

It's pretty good, it doesn't have a large amount of roller coasters, but what they lack in quantity they make up for in quality.

Hey BBM that water ride is called escape from pompey, i went to busch gardens a few years ago. and rotty Blizzard beach is in Disney world
