ok this wasn't a cartoon on it's own. it used to be a skit on the "Animaniacs" show (which I used to like). watching it yesterday i only now realize how hilarious it was. it's spoofing mafio-so movies (goodfeathers/goodfellas) it's genius how they did it so well and was able to put it into kids shows w/o problems



I guess there were clever cartoons before Williams st. crew came along...
