Retro Studios, They did such a great job on Metroid Prime, I'd love to see their work on Prime II.

Definately Sega. Sonic has been my favorite game hero since "Sonic the Hedgehog", and Sega has the tendancy to bring up another great game periodically. Out of Sega's various subsidaries, I'd definately pick Sonic Team, though I wouldn't mind working for AM2 in hopes of seeing Shenmue III in development :D
Btw, 3 of my "current plays" (games that have been touched by a console's laser in the past month) are Shinobi, Skies of Arcadia: Legends, and an all-time favorite: NiGHTS into Dreams.

If I would have to work for some place (out of thsoe places) I would choose Sony because they offer sooo many things; televisions, videogames, camcorders, computers, and tons of other tight stuff... I'd be getting discounts (maybe even free stuff) if I work their and that would suit all my entertainment needs...

I picked MS, because they know the computers the best. i would work there for awhile, quit, then go to id Software and make Doom 4.

Nintendo wins. plain and simple. Microsoft games suck to no end, Sony games are ambitious and flawed, but Nintendo has delivered for 20 years. It would kick so much ass to work at Silicon Knights.
