F-Zero GX definately, MK: DD is cool and all but GX is still way better and has a lot more replay value. (but Double Dash is WAY funner multi-player.)

Thats an easy question F-Zero GX. Sure Mario Kart DD was fun. But GX just has some much more to it. Besides GX is a real challenge and requires a lot more skill to beat.
