This is one of those situations I don't know what side to take. He's a Chemistry teacher. Chemistry is the most important thing in making a bomb. Sure, I would understand if he was saying what goes into a bomb, like the actual chemicals themselves, but explicitly telling the students how to combine those chemicals to create a powerful explosive, including the electrical switch used to detonate the bomb is crossing some lines...

Our Physics teacher told us once that he used to (years ago) make gunpowder as a prac in the junior high school levels, until he found out from another teacher that it was illegal.
