12-Month Xbox Live kit with Splinter Cell

hey guys, I'll make this quick. I've got an extra copy of Splinter Cell and a year of Xbox-Live, which I don't need. Both were part of the prize I won from Ubisoft a while ago, and I figured I could make a quick dollar.

so here's the deal. i'm offering it for $45 US (shipping included), or best offer. the xbox live kit will come with a communicator and the 12 month card thing (the code hasn't been revealed or scratched off.). I'm keeping Crimson Skies though ;).

Well, I thought I'd at least show you a picture of what you'd be getting. You'd get the full copy of the original Splinter Cell, an Xbox Live card (hasn't been scratched) worth one year of the service, the Xbox Live Communicator, and the standard papers, manuals, and whatever else there was. Remember, I took out the Crimson Skies for myself, so you don't get it. It's cheap enough though that you can buy it yourself.
