I know im gonna receive flack for saying it, but i have to go DSL, mostly because you dont have to share the line with your neighbors. I could care less about how fast it downloads porn, illegal music or whatever. as long as its faster than that blasted 56k!

Here ADSL with unlimited bandwidth is $65 a month.

I'll be getting ADSL when I get back, it's much more popular and cheaper than cable in Australia.

Cable should be faster.. But, DSL is cheaper...

There is no better connection. Some will say statistically cable is better but really you can't say that. It depen ds on where you live. If you want DSL/ADSL (I have ADSL) then you should find how far your company is located (I live like a few miles away from it, so I'm good). If you live far away then it won't be as good. If you have a lot of people in your area using cable, then cable will suck. If you're the only one, it's good. You can be far from your company, too.

It just depends on where you live. Companies usually use DSL/ADSL because of networking. So if you network with cable...get DSL.

Dont worry.... i got the 56k also.... DAMMIT!!!!!! oh well DSL next year anyways
