I agree completely with you. We were all Newbies at one time. I still am since I move here awhile back from my old forums on XBLW.com. The staff at XBLW where I used to post has joined forces with the Xbox advanced staff.

Yeah, i don't have a problem with personal intro threads. Gives more of an insight into the actual poster i think.
