Has anyone used warp pipe at all?
I downloaded the alpha before to see it. Haven't used it yet though. I wonder what FPS I could get. Chad Paulson, project manger said 60 on a like T1, but on normal braodband tests are like 40-50 [good enough for me]... however, DIALUP - you get like 5 FPS = suck.

I will use it once they release a version that works with Mario Kart.
That will be soon, according to sources.

I have been tempted to try out the Warp Pipe... all I need for the Cube is the BB Adapter which EB is now re-stocking.

Is this news going to be a normal update on the project, or a GCA First exclusive thing?

Well, as long as they make it where you can pick your own character, it'd be worth it.

What do you mean. I can use Broadband with JetStream.
New Zealanders and Australians can use the broadband adapter to do LAN with the PAL version of Mario Kart: Double Dash!!

Yeah, if you go to the Warp Pipe Project's forums you can get a lot of things answered. They have a nice forum, not as cool as this one, but it is a fast, easy to use, good looking PHPBB.

I have only gotten warp pipe to run correctly once, and that was with Kirby Air Ride. Have tried with a few people with Mario Kart and the alpha release, but no go. For some reason I couldn't ping their computer with mine either. But it was fun. It ran at about 15-20 fps. Chad being on a T1, and I am on cable. I am definitely looking forward to the new beta soon. Chad has offered to me to test it with him, but it wouldn't work correctly. Can't wait till their RC3 which they say will have no port configuration needed.
