Very odd?!? I thought it was very cool. Matt Stone and Trey Parker have a huge musicial background and their first known work "Cannibal the Musical" is similiar to South Park that there will be a lot of music, but then funny fart jokes and what not. It is raunchy, crude, and very obnoxious but I like the movie.

Cannibal the Musical is actually based on a true story and of course, set in Colorado. You will see the guy who played the character "Squeak" in their other movie "Baseketball" (another great movie). well, if you look at the series, they're always singing something, or throwing some song into the episodes at random places...

so, i think it was natural to have the songs in the movie, and it was truly brilliant. i LOVED the movie...and cannibal the musical is great (funny, at least) as well...

Omg, I love the South Park movie. Songs in a raunchy, profanity ridden movie = good. Songs in a disney movie = bad.

South Park in general is brilliant I think. Anyone catch last nights episode, jeez how do they do it so fast? My God, it's kinda a sequel to the movie is some aspects.

Ever since the movie I have found it quite hilarious how they portray Canadians. (I understand canadians were in previous episodes of the show itself, the movie was filled with Canada.)
