Authorities issued a warrant for Michael Jackson’s arrest on charges of molesting a child and asked the pop superstar Wednesday to turn himself in and surrender his passport....

Lmao. Some reason, I'm happy. I don't know why.....
I believe this is a good move. It is one that will protect the children in our nation.
Jackson is a known child molestor. He has confirmed that he slept with children in his bed before.
Jackson deserves to be arrested and convicted. He should be treated as any other sex offender.
I hope that he trys to run from the police, though, so he has a greater chance of going to jail.

He scares me.
Who cares? I would blame the parents more than him.
No.
The parents did not think Jackson, a person who portrays himself as a kind, loving person would molest their children.
Jackson deserves to be arrested.
You just said he is a known child molester. So, what parent would let their kid be near him? It's not proven yet, but if he did do it he should indeed rot in jail.
He is a known child molestor NOW not back when he did the molestation.

I cant wait to see him try to explain himself this time.
I saw some VH1 documentary on him, he's a sick sick man.
I believe Jackson should apologize, pay financial damages, and serve his time in jail.

To get him to confess, they'll probably hang him off a balcony, lol.

You know Matt, in civilized countries you do wait for the court verdict before asking for a lynching.

haha, pwnd Xetas.
Who really gives a crap? He's washed up, he's fake (look at his face, loz), and a bunch of other things. He'll probably buy his way out of it or something, but why should you really care? It's truly none of your business.

Jackson admitted to sleeping in bed with children...but I used to sleep in a bed with my dad when I was little. So?
Jackson never admitted to fondling the kids, he clearly said that he thinks it's ok for him and a bunch of kids to sleep together in a bed.
Now don't get me wrong, I don't condone a full grown man sleeping in bed with little chillens, but that doesn not prove he's a child molester. To just come out and twist his words around is wrong.
I must say that Jackson doesn not seem to have the mindset of a normal person. He seems...out there. Perhaps, in his mind, he actually, truly believes that having his kids and their friends sleep in his bed is a way of bonding. Perhaps he has the mentality of a small child. Perhaps it's all for attanetion.
Or perhaps he IS molesting kids. If they find hard evidence he is, don't come back to me and say "Told Ya So, Biotch!", cause I'm not sating he didn't.
There's just no proof he did. A little kids accusation isn't truth. I've had friends arrested for shit like false accusations.
Why would he do that? We all know he'd rather sleep on top of the bed...
Miggy-AMN
11-20-2003, 03:50 PM
Nope. He'd rather sleep on the foot of the bed.
*remember's F*R*I*E*N*D*S episode*
hahahahaha
Latest reports out of Santa Monica, California are that Jackson will be turning himself into authorities.
Really, the authorities should have taken him by force yesterday and not given him any chance to escape or to do any more damage to children.

I find it rather suspicious that people would allow their "children" to visit him, when they know his reputation.

lol, I seen this on the news. Apparently he is under arrest now.
I don't know what to think of the guy. I mean, if he can screw around with his face like that I wouldn't be suprised if he DOES get sentenced to jail.
Either way i'm not fussed. I've never met the bloke, nor the kids so what concern is it of mine?

Well according to that doco a while back, Jackson was abused by his dad, which can seriously screw with your head (seen it in my neice, who's also a bit screwed up).
Oh and there's some Michael Jackson secret home movies show on soon (not sure if it's tonight or tomorrow).
No question mark? loz
EDIT: SOme MJ special has been cancelled. Not sure if we're talking about the same one, though.

I'm still loving Thriller though ;)

Anyways, back then people didnt think Michael Jackson would be a child molestor. He had so many female fans that I wouldnt believe he would want to do that to children.
Then again, I would have suspected something after he got bleached ;)

Doesn't he have some rare skin disease?
The bond is $3 million :o
Authorities released no details about the child or the time of the alleged molestation. A judge ordered affidavits in the case sealed for 45 days.
This was taken from a CNN article: http://www.cnn.com/2003/LAW/11/20/jackson/index.html

He has vitaligo (sp?). That's the skin disease he has.
Jackson should be given solitary confinment in prison or put somewhere where he can be protected.
Also, he should be noted as a registered sex offender.

What I am saying is that Jackson needs to be convicted and sentenced after being given a fair trial and due process of law. If during that it is found that he is not guilty in all those cases of molestation, then he can go home to neverland and live his life.
Professor Go
11-20-2003, 08:37 PM
Yeah.. that's usually how it goes..
If the kid who had originally accused him had actually gone through with the trial instead of taking the money and running maybe there wouldn't ever have been another issue like this.

They should just put him on trial now instead of waiting til January. That way he wont be able to molest anymore children while he waits til the trial.

Matt, how do you know that he is actually guilty? I despise child molestors, but hasty decisions only reflect ignorance. For all we know, Jackson could really care for these kids.
Not saying I don't think he's wierd, cause he is (did nobody read my first post?)
If Jackson is not guilty he deserves to be released and able to go live a normal life.
If Jackons is guilty, he must pay.

Of course, for Jackson, Normal might mean dying his skin gold and dancing naked outside of of Wal-Mart for 5 weeks straight.
If he dances nude outside of Walmart he deserves to go to jail for indecent exposure :D

Isn't there a saying... something like "jailed in the court of public opinion"? He may not be guilty, but everyone thinks he's a molestor anyway.

I dunno what to say about michael jackson, he has made some good songs but has some serious mental issues.....he could easily plead insanity and say he thought the boy was a sack of potatoes. :P
Jackson deserves to be "jailed in the court of public opinion."
What if everyone is wrong?
This thread is getting extremely repetitive. I think we should wait until more "facts" arise.

I just heard a lot of stuff on some news show (forgot to look at the name) and PTI(lol...i know)....i also forgot what was said...lol...but I'm sure hes guilty.
It will be interesting to see what happens when we get more facts. The Sherrif's dept. says they won't comprimise the investigation and they are keeping things quiet. This probably won't get Robert Blake or Kobye Bryant attention, but it will be interesting to see how the media takes this.
It is known that some, espically conservatves believe Jackson is basically screwed up and should be ignored at this point. Likewise, conservatives want him to be punished a lot more than the liberals. Liberals are the ones more likely to blame the parents or kids.

I also blame the kids mom for leaving him alone with a guy like Jackson... I would never do that when I have a kid... would you?
Well I don't blame the kids mom. Jackson would be the criminal here for doing the molestation.

Yes I do.
Tyson was convicted of a crime, and he was punished for it as he should have been.
Kobe Bryant - If he did indeed sexually assault or rape that woman needs to be convicted and punished. If he is not guilty, then he can return to his normal life.
These celebrities get away too often. They need to be treated like the average American and if that means they need to go to jail for a crime, then they need to go to jail for it.
And before anyone calls me a racist, since all 3 are African-American, I feel the same way about criminals like Robert Blake, Peterson, the Enron people, and Martha Stewart.

You don't want a fair trial. You want them to be guilty.
Didn't we go over this on previous pages? The forums just started and we shouldn't be arguing on its first week! (Maybe week 2 or something ;))

I want them found guilty AFTER due process of law and a fair trial.
Matt, you forgot to say you want them found INNOCENT OR GUILTY. Otherwise, Adrian is correct.
If they are found innocent through due process of law then, as I said before, they should be able to return to their normal lives.

Matt unfortunately your lynching barbecue may have to wait until the next accusation:
http://www.foxnews.com/story/0,2933,105276,00.html
Michael Jackson may be cleared of all charges. Don't take it too hard Matt, they'll get the next one.
If Jackson is cleared of all charges and he did nothing wrong, then I commend the justice system.
If Jackson is cleared of all charges and he did wrongdoing, then this is a problem.

indeed. i think that michael jackson may be innocent here. after all, the evidence just points too far against the plaintiff. the investigative report that was released by smokinggun (the one talked about on the posted news article) seems legit to me, and if the dept. didn't find anything amis, that's probably exactly how it was. also, the day they issued the warrant, i could tell the DA kinda wanted to get at MJ for the past. i sensed a lot of resentment.
btw, rush limbaugh admitted to buying drugs illegally, so why isn't he in jail? oh yeah, b/c he's a celebrity and a hypocrit. talk about people bilking their way out of the justice system...

He should be arrested for marrying Lisa Marie Presley for any amount of time.... anyways, i dont really care if he does go to jail, hes gonna be like every other celebrity who gets caught in the bear trap of justice: buy his way out of his predicament.
Does he have any more money, though? He hasn't had a hit song in over a decade, I believe.
