I believe Production IG are the guys who handled the anime for Tales of Symphonia. They are also responsible for Ghost in the Shell (or something like that).

Yes, the anime sequences were produced by Production IG. Pro- IG has also handled the animated scenes in Kill Bill, Ghost in the Shell, Jin-Roh, FLCL (Fooly Cooly), Linkin Park's animated video (Breaking the Habit) and many other projects.
