i was walking through the anime section at best buy and i came upon the ffunlimited anime. has anyone seen it and is it any good?

Supposively FF:CC was meant to be based on FF:U but other then that I don't know. I've seen it in the shops though. I want to get it soon.:)

Its alright, I've watched it all...its not worth paying that much for though, stuff on it get real anoying... if you can rent it you should at least see a few episodes... if your and FF fan but other wse the other FF show was better, which was based off of FF5

episode 1 and 2 was.. well, bad. But aferwards it got interesting, and no, it has nothing to do with the story of FF Crystal C

The anime is based on the old FF titles, at least the summons are. (Pre-4) The newer one came out first which is the Legend of the Crystal, and is based off of FF5, very roughly. And both series are very laughible.

I downloaded it off one of the anime servers on Direct Connect. I kinda liked it. The battling got repetative, the main guy always using a big arm/gun thing almost everytime which different "Soils" each time, that were named after various summon creatures from the FF games. Its about two children who's are looking for their parents in a strange world. They along with a women women who came there with them search for their parents and are constantly attacked (once or so every ep), but some guy they meet saves them, but won't talk to them. I'd compare it to something, but I really can't, its different. It's a very weird show, but definitely unique. I liked the sound track too. There are only like 24 or 25 episodes it was supposed to be continued, but it was cancelled in Japan after the first season. As you can tell its because not too many people liked it.
