I'm sure people will find ways to nitpick that website article apart, but given how the breakdown is done and also given the allowances it has to all 3 in some way to be fair enough to them it does come out pretty obvious which systems you're getting the most bang for you buck out of.

Another site did this too, I forget who though. Same conculsion though.

In Canada, we have this weird bundle for $329 which comes with an Elite, Halo 3 and the Wireless Adaptor, which helps it in the "optimized" configuration but not so much on the "out of the box" configuration.

Probably, but it's funny that multiple sites tend to come up with the same resulting info for both the cheap all inclusive out of the box and then the optimized out of box too.

Shouldn't be funny, just means it's a fact. But once you dig a little bit deeper than that it should make you take notice that price isn't playing as big a factor in PS3 or 360 sales as most gamers would like to think.

On paper PS3 is a better value IF you value all of the features, if you don't then you'll likely end up with a Wii or 360 simple as that.

These days you really couldn't go wrong with any of them. Just keep in mind that the Wii and PS3/360 are two separate kinds of gaming systems and really shouldn't be compared apples to apples.
