Hmm... I think I liked Dragon Ball when it first came out circa 1994. And earlier than that, the Mario cartoon series or whatever.

This may sound really stupid, but one of my favorite retro-cartoons would have to be Garfield and Friends. I could watch that cartoon for hours on end, Garfield is awesome!

my fave cartoon of all time is Masters of the Universe. the original series, not the crappy one they have now. that sucks and i hate it.
i also used to watch garfield and friends and the smurfs...i remember when carowinds used to have a smurf village you could visit and fuck around in. man, i was sooo small then. anyways, it's gone now, and i hate carowinds.

Fireman Sam, Thunderbirds, Bananaman... those I used to watch in England. I rmember that back in 1994, CheezTV had an anime going called Robotman or Technoman or something - i use dto love it like nothing on Earth, but they took it off and I can't remember it anymore... and it was way before I got into anime, too.
Oh, how could I forget Earthworm Jim?! :D

Thunderbirds is classic 60's stuff - loved Stingray too ;) (check out the trailer to the Thunderbirds live action movie, it actually looks pretty damn awesome!).
Wonder if anyone ever saw:
Henry's Cat
Jamie and the Magic Torch
The Wombles
Orm and Cheep
Telebugs
Roobarb and Custard
The Mr. Men
