Aside from her anti-abortion stance where's the problem with the rest of it? She said she wouldn't use the morning after pill but doesn't consider it bad either as all methods are good. She's a holy roller, but given she's not flying lies there she's quite on with keeping school and religion separate which is a very good thing. Honestly I think the biggest problem is the idiots in the McCain camp that shelter that woman and won't let her be herself like you saw on day one and in the rncc.

I don't care if McCain let her be herself or not, she scares me either way. She's shown a general lack of compassion for life in general, despite her "pro-life" stance, and she has barely any experience in gov't at all. I mean, governor of ALASKA? Not only is Alaska arguably the smallest state in terms of population, she's bent on wiping out the two biggest groups in her state: wolves and polar bears. Sorry, but she's not leadership material at all.

What makes you think she was being herself at the RNC? That's a highly choreographed speech that was prepped right down to the last syllable. If anything, it's the interviews that reflect the real Sarah Palin more than anything else so far.

Ahh to each their own, and as I recall Smokey the wolves issue was for culling large amounts of them, not just redneck 'sport' killing which is good.
I just want to stretch out on the couch and see tomorrows shenanigans already.

I find it hard to believe that anybody could take this woman seriously after her performance in the Couric interview. I mean, the SNL parody of it wasn't even as funny as watching the real thing play out.

Trust me, you don't want to see her as herself.
The funny thing about that SNL skit is that there wasn't that much of a difference between the interview and parody. At least 70% of the language was the same.

Well, she's been pushing for the decriminalization of hunting wolves from helicopters. If that doesn't scream redneck, I don't know what does. Besides, the wolf population has only recently rebounded from endangered status, and she already wants to put them back in the danger zone? This woman is a danger to both mankind and the animal kingdom. I'd say she should be kept in Alaska, but I think she could do less damage in Idaho. They're screwed up enough that Palin couldn't make things any worse.

I thought the exact same thing. Although, the part where she asks to use a life line, and to call a friend, was funny.. I could almost picture Palin saying that in an actual interview. 0_0

Well most of the SNL skit was actually Palin's own words:

You really need a more in-depth explanation as to how this woman is a clear and present danger to the United States? I'm with Sascha and Max. I can't fathom how anyone could honestly believe that she's fit to lead anything other than a Sunday school class.
Darc, I see what you did there.

No. I have no issue with the wolf thing, neither do I with most her policies outside of the religious insanity related crap. I still feel she's nearly as equally inexperienced and equipped as Obama and I feel both depending on a person(who cares) personality both are likable.
