I listen to a TON of podcasts. I work 40-50 hours a week, and I have enough podcasts (gaming and non-gaming) to get me through the entire work week. The gaming ones I listen to are all the AMN, IGN, 1up, Gamespot, Penny-Arcade (spotty, but hiliarious), and a few others.

1up Yours is probably my favorite overall, but they're starting to degenerate a little bit into fanboy/apologist rants and defense shows. Luke leaving the show hurt quite a bit, but it's still a quality product. The IGN ones aren't very good, but there's enough insight that it's worth listening to, especially the 360 one.

GFW is amazingly funny. Everybody should give that one a listen, even if it's only for the Hero of the Web segments and the rap intros.

i am also like jeff i listen to tons of podcasts
and 1Up yours is good but kinda long
like 2 hours plus
and i disagree about the ign podcasts i find them hilarious
