All of the Wario Ware games have been funny, but Smooth Moves is definitely the king. I guarantee that you'll love the descriptions of all of the different ways to hold the remote, there are some real soon to be classic quotes in there.
Oh yeah, and the game is tons of fun too!

I figured since the original Intelligent Systems team is doing it, the game would be a total riot. I wish I wasn't iced in right now. :(

I can't say if it's better than Twisted yet, but it's pretty darn good so far. You have to hold the controller in so many ways that you are constantly shifting around and doing crazy stuff. It's like a rebirth for the franchise. My wife absolutely loves it too, we played it last night together until about 1:00am.

How is 9-Volt's boss? Twisted's "mini" Super Mario Bros. Twisted was one of the most ingenious things ever. It was so detailed, you could even nail the flagpole fireworks by hitting the last digit of the timer on a 1, 3, or, 6.

During my off period today, I went to a friend's house and we played the game for about two hours. It's really really funny. The remote descriptions had us laughing our asses off.
I think the minigames are the best I've seen from the franchise. I really like how it gives you a picture of how to hold the remote just two seconds before each game starts... it feels alot more chaotic (and therefore fun) than the other games in the series.
The 12 player mode is hilarious by the way. We just put in our favorite Miis (kinda like a 6 versus 6 type thing) to see who was the last man standing. There's alot of potential there, although if there was an online version of that, I would be having a shitload of fun.
Anyway, great game. Not worth 50 dollars though considering its relatively short replay value and all. But it's still alot of fun in short spurts.

Short replay value? I've had the original Wario Ware and Twisted floating around my SP and Micro for the better part of two years now. That's the games greatest strength. They're short, yes, but they can go on literally forever. Its arcade style replay.

And twisted STILL hasn't been released here :(
(Apparently it actually will this year, but do you see me holding my breath?)
