The thing about mangas is that it's more interesting than animes, for example, in the anime, it does not mention a lot about the corrupted cop, nor wacked up fist fights and others.

I enjoyed reading these volumns because they contained several stories that are not mentioned in the anime.

It's like watching a lost episode, (I have the character's voices all in my head)

for example...

(DEEP SPOILERS)

(VERY DETAILED SPOILERS)

Had ya met Mayu? I believe that's his name, he's the Chairlady's grandson, a skater, and created challenging conflicts for onizuka, like staging a fake kidnapping spree in Onizuka's gift (a new car)

where else can you see Onizuka beat the tard out of people, like putting a toilet brush in their mouth and having them hump a basket of used toilet paper? It's just eye-catching!

Maya's assistants lured teachers to a rock party, by having girls tattoo butterflies on their breasts and making them flap. How fun is it that the teachers end up being judged in front of the crowd and having tomatoes thrown at them by students they'd expelled.

and what about Onizuka arm wrestling 100 guys in a row? He can do three at a time!

It's such an interesting story!

What about the conflicts between Miyabi and Urumi, they used to be friends, now they're rivals.

Urumi got so angry that she posts a site on Miyabi's room, making her look all trampy and all, changing clothes, going to the toilet.

(speaking of which, the manga is more wilder than the anime!)

for example, take that English Teacher, in the anime, his habit was taking photos of girls undressing. In the manga, he film girls bottom by peeping in the sewers of public restrooms. (those squatter type toilets)

Man, the manga is a real blast! I'm addicted to reading the first volumn again!

What you think of this greeat manga?!
