What Wii Think
The Wii is probably the most popular of the 3 next-gen systems. Having a controller like non-other. The Wii remote has capabilities that extends any game to the fullest of our farthest imaginations. The Wii remote, (also known as the Wiimote), has full motion sensing of 360 degrees, that responds to slight movements of the controller, so you won't get tired. The Wiimote also has a built-in speaker; so when you pull a bowstring, you'll be able to here the string stretch right by your ear! Imagine fighting ninja's in Red Steel, with samurai swords! Also, with the Wiimote, you'll be able to turn an streering wheel in almost all car games! Now those habits of turning a normal controller during play of older car games will kick in, with the Wii. The graphical experience of the Wii isn't nearly as magnificent as the Playstation 3, but are graphics the real aspect of video games? Well, I don't think so. For an example, old-school games like Super Mario Bros. and Zelda were (and still are) the most addictive games I've ever played (million of gamers would agree to that), but back then graphics weren't good at all! Another example, The Legend of Zelda: Twilight Princess is surely going to be at least the greatest launch game of all-time, but many gamers are predicting that the game will maybe even be the greatest game of all-time. Zelda TP still, will not deliver graphical looks of Metal Gear Solid 4, but still, is going to be better than it. Gamers, and non-gamers alike...video gaming is ALL about gameplay. A game could have a 2x graphical display of Halo 3, and the game could do nothing more than shoot a target on only one level; does this mean it's better than Tetris? The PS3, and Xbox 360 are all graphics, and only will include a few popular games. But Nintendo is video games, with titles such as Zelda, Mario, Donkey Kong, Sonic, and now Red Steel, Super Mario Brawl, and more. Back in the day, people refered to video games as "lets play Nintendo!", not, "lets play video games". Still though, if a better graphical display is what you desire, the Wii does have better graphics than the original Xbox, and those graphics are amazing, what more do you need? Plus, what other next-gen allows you to play it's predecessing games from 20 years back? You will be able to play Nintendo games of any kind (N64, NES, SNES, etc.), for a very small fee (read the Nintendo Wii system page for more details), from $4 - $10, not much. The Wii will also include Mii Channel, Weather, Photo Viewer, and lots more (read System page for more).
Your going to love the Wii. With 27 of the greatest launch games of all-time, and a very affordable asking price of $250, you won't be broke. Just don't go and throw your money in the fire spending $600 on a PS3, a worthless power hogger, which only wastes half the space on your TV stand. If your still confused on which system to get, please read the Wii V.S. PS3 section.
I hope the average Nintendo fanboy is smarter than this guy.
