yeah, so i have never watched anime before, but my friend said it was cool. so he let me borrow this Dvd called "Video Girl Ai" and it is interesting. any thoughts? i've only watched the first episode...so is anime something to get into or what?

Yeah, I'd say it is. It's got some concepts that are really out there, but that's what sets it apart from everything else. I like it, I used to watch it a lot more, but I still catch some on adult swim. --~

Anime is something definatly good to get into...

If you want some good series to start out with, I suggest:

Ranma, Yu Yu Hakusho, Inuyasha, Big O and any of the .Hack animes

These are some of my favorits and you would probably like em too
