you know what i would've liked cartoon network to do, rather than make an all-new crappy show? bring back the ORIGINAL 'masters of the universe'. the new one pisses me off. maybe b/c it doesn't have the coolness of the original...

I agree with everything Koten said, I also used to watch Ah! Real Monsters like a mother f*cker back in the day. Let me think, the original X-Men show, I wish they'd show that on Cartoon Network instead of this new REALLY CRAPPY one. Does anybody remember that Mini Series that came on fox a long time ago? It was called Red Planet, or Mars, or something. I really don't know what it was called, but it was about Martian colonies and stuff. Does anyone remember that? I just remember it being really good, but I was young when it came on. --~

Hmm, all of those titles should be back, but here's something most of you haven't heard of: UnderGrads. THAT show kicks ass! There's been so many shows made in the past I'd like to see more of, but they come and go so fast... it's sad, really. *sigh*

Oh, and as an aside, Boony sucks the big one. Only people who take secondary education would understand UnderGrads. Guess we know what status that puts you in, eh Boon? :eek:

Family Guy is coming back (http://www.planet-familyguy.com/main.php)... they're working on it now. Also, Futurama is very likely to make a return!

Would love to see a return of Rocko... that show has the dodgiest line I've ever heard in a cartoon! It was in the episode where Rocko has tickets to go see the WWWWWWF wrestling, but gets a cold. Heff takes him to the hospital and when he walks in you hear a voice on the tanoy saying "Dr. Pheliac, Dr. Necro Pheliac... Please go to the morgue"

I almost died laughing!!!

Family Guy is coming back (god I love that show), so that can be off the list. It'd be pretty cool if Futurama returned, but it would really be awesome if Rocko came back. And Monkeylord, I remember that episode you were talking about, man that was hilarious!

I think its up in the air right now as to what channel family guy is gonna come back on. I'm hoping cartoon network gets it, FOX can go screw themselves. Fox had their chance, then they cancelled the show. Now that they see that they've f'ed up they want it back.

I personally wouldn't mind seeing FOX just go bankrupt, they cancel all their good shows (The Tick, Family Guy, Futurama) and replace them with bull sh*t.

The Tick!!! I remember that, lol, that was funny.... Man, fox has cancelled SO many shows, it's not even funny. Most of the shows they have are like one season long and they are usually reality shows. But anyways I think Fox WILL get Family Guy back. They saw how much the dvds have been selling and they're dying to get it back.

no matter, outlaw, advertising is against forum rules as well...

oh well. fox has never cancelled ALL their good shows. however, they've made huge errors in their scheduling (andy richter, anyone?)...anyways, saying that they should go bankrupt for cancelling shows should go for all networks, as many of them have had GREAT shows that got cancelled before they even had a chance (re: ABC and clerks:the animated series)

btw, if you're talking about the live action tick series crono, that sucked big time. the cartoon is MUCH MUCH MUCH better (and actually deserving of being called 'the Tick')

Bonkers was a Bobcat who was assigned as a toon officer with the human police... kinda trying to be like an all animated "Who Framed Roger Rabbit?!" kind of situation of toon's and real people interacting.

I used to love Marsupalami - in fact about 20mins ago there was a lorry parked outside of where work I work delivering stuff to the Cafe next door and on the dashboard was a Marsupalami car air-freshner statue thingy. Complete with unfeasably long tail :D

Freakazoid was great.

DAMMIT!!!! There's too many decent cancelled shows!!!!

yeah Freakaziod was a good show, I wouldnt mind seeing some of the old Nintendo show either just for the laughs since it seemed like they didnt have any editors for it because there were so many mistakes in the animation... mario speaking luigis lines or vice vera and a ton of other shit

And since Freakazoid was mentioned, I'll say that was a fantastic show as well. Anyone remember that hilarious Freakazoid episode 'Nerdator'? I thought that Tom Snyder scene was one of the funniest bits ever!

oh yes those great Legend of Zelda episodes. Heh, i have all of them (13 eps)... those had about as many errors as mario cartoons did. Those were funny because link could never even get a kiss besides the one from the Dark Zelda.

I'll probably get hate for this, but I LOVED "Special Unit 2" and think that they should never have cancelled that... they only showed it on the Sci-Fi channel here, and occasionally re-run it, but some new episodes would be awesome!

Also (I know it ran a long time and finished properly) a new "MST3K" would rock my world! (as long as they brought back Crow and Tom Servo!!!).

Well, it wasn't cancelled, but Chrno Crusade was liscened, and therefore not available for download, which is the only way I get anime.

And just when I was starting to like it, too. I still have a few more episodes to go that I downloaded a while ago when it was available, but I don't se the point of watching them......
