Wow. What an awesome game. The story is awesome.
I love the deceit and murder that goes on in almost every friggin' cutscene.
I love how you get to feel for the characters, and how each and every one is irreplaceable.
I love the deceit and murder that goes on in almost every friggin' cutscene.
I love how I restart the mission if I lose someone.
I love how the boss of every stage has something to say.
I love the deceit and murder that goes on in almost every friggin' cutscene.
I love how Nintendo is putting out mature games for GBA (come on...this E rating is full of crap).
I love how I'm having so much fun with this game.
I love how this game is so doggarn hard.
I just...love it. Thought I'd share that with you all.

I actually did just the opposite of you. I got Mario Kart, then went for Fire Emblem. I'll get Mario and Luigi for Chirstmas.
I don't regret the decision one bit.

I hope who ever made that decision is long gone from the ranks of NOA!
Awesome game, Nintendo almost dropped the ball on this one!
I want to get it, but Mario and Luigi is probably the game I'll get first.

is Fire Emblem like a action game?
It is a tactical RPG. Kind of like Advance Wars, but your characters gain experience/levels.

I'm gettin Mario and Luigi so I can't get that but it looks real cool. BTW is it really rated mature? I didn't think Fire Emblem was that violent.

It's not rated mature. It's rated E for everyone...but I disagree with the rating. There's a lot of murdering and killing going on. I think it should be Teen, personally, but whatever.
The point is that you'll be missing out on a fantastic game if you pass it up.
is Fire Emlblem ever going to come on to GCN?

A guy can dream, right?
I hope they do bring it to GCN. It could be another mature title that Nintendo can add to its reportoir (I think I spelled that right...dagnabbit).

Sigh, so many great GBA games to get at the moment. *sniff* I seriosuly need to get a job whenI get back from Japan - I want to replace my GBA wih an SP, as I have trouble with the battery cover often - you need to hold the batteries in when you boot it up, and it powers off if you shake it. :( I want to get Fire Emblem, Mario & Luigi and Puyo Pop.
The game strongly reminds me of Advance Wars.
Anyway, I lost Sain at like chapter 5 or so, and now I'm on a side-mission in chapter 7 and he hasn't returned. I've gotten another horseback person though, and Sain stays in the storyline. Does he ever come back, though? Or should I just think he is gone forever? Sucks though since he was my favorite character. (Such a womanizer lololol)
