I think the US$4000 of stuff announced to be given away is a good Fan Friday, lol. But it would be cool to see the return of Fan Friday every week.

Fan Friday is an event specificly to get the site AND forums REALLY active....I mean, every friday, we meet, and we post good threads, and posts. Once Radio and Chat is up, you'll see what Fan Friday is all about.

I'm wondering if trivia will be brought back. I remember back when I almost won the prize for trivia, but was beaten at the last moment. :-/

I like PHP.. IRC is just messy for some reason in my opinion.

I think he might have done it. Setting up an IRC chat is the best way though, because lamers and spammers can be kicked and banned.

PHP chats allow that too, but may not do it as well. Probably depends on the programmer. I think for the PHP site a PHP chat may be better as JAVA SUCKS bad, and the majority of the people don't bother with mIRC.

mIRC is the best IRC client there is. People should get that. There is PHPIRC and CGIIRC instead of Java. They are better.

Yea... maybe you can get some one like, one of those IGN dudes. That way... they will advertise on IGN about GCA.

What kinds of things would you guys like for forum fridays? Also on a side note I need someone who knows chat rooms real well and can set up a trivia system that can run auto style... please private message me if you are that person!
