So far, so good. Being a big Harvest Moon fan, I'm satisfied with this. Nothing could be worse then the SNES version...

In my opinion the SNES version was amazing. It's what got me hooked on HM. I thought it was really good. I haven't been on FoMT yet though.

i've always heard good things about this game for N64 but never got around to buying it. might pick up the new one..havent decided yet

Yeah, the snes game was arguably the best game in the series. I played that game exclusively for a good 2 months. Most of the new games just don't have the same feeling the original had... (Harvest Moon 64 was OK, but the gameboy games were lacking. Also, the PS2 version was just horrible...)

You inherit a farm from your Grandad and over time you have to grow new crops and stuff. It's a lot better than it sounds believe me.
