Im eagerly waiting for this movie. i saw the entire preview of it at the theater, and it looks really good. in case your not sure, its about a fellow who can reverse his history so he can try and save his girlfriend, but each time he goes back, someone else he loves gets hurt or dies.... its something along those lines, but it looks really good.

and IMO, Ashton Kutcher is better in a serious role than he is in a comedy role.

I wanted to write this movie off because Ashton was in it, but the preview looked so awesome, I am going to have to see this.

i've read countless times that ashton's the only unwatchable thing in this movie, and that had they gone with a different actor (i.e. - one who doesn't suck at acting) it would've been really good...but now it's just kinda blah...

The only thing I'll watch Ashton Kutcher in is "That 70's Show".

Well, as of now, the movie has gotten terrible reviews from just about everyone.

Only 30% from Rotten Tomatoes (http://www.rottentomatoes.com/m/TheButterflyEffect-1129226/) :( ...and I was looking forward to this movie. I guess casting Ashton in ANY movie is a bad idea. Looks like he just got Punk'd.

I'm probably still going to see it. Bad reviews have never stopped me from seeing anything.

Man, I think Ashton Kutcher is a great actor (anyone see Just married, that and "that 70's show" are probably his best performances). I'm not really sure how good he'd be in a serious role, but he rocks in comedy.

Well, I just saw the movie yesterday and thought it was great. While it has flaws, the movie has good acting and moves along well with a great story. Ashton has shown that he can actually pull off a dramatic role. Way to go!

I thought that this movie was amazing. I never use to do "scary" movies. Before the movie started my best friend said to me, "I hear this movie is freaky." so automatically I was a bit nervous. However i must say, though startling at times it had my full attention. The Butterfly Effect is one of the best movies I've seen in a long time. Ashton Kutcher did a wonderful job in this movie. It was nice to see him take a different roll for a change. It was a very good movie. Well .... coming from a girl ;-)
