Favorite DBZ saga

Whats your favorite saga in the greatest action cartoon of all time? if you dont like DBZ, dont take the time to say 'DBZ sucks' or something stupid along those lines.

Alrighty then, lets get the ball rolling: My favorite saga was the android saga. So many plot twists, and all the dramatic whatnot. Plus i cant imagine what the conversation between Cell and Dr. Gero must've been when it came to him eating the androids (I got this from Futurama, so sue me).

Cell: Dr. Gero how am i supposed to eat the androids? they're too big for me to swallow.

Dr. Gero: Good news! They're suppositories!

I think I have to agree with you...the android saga was one of the best and it had the awesome fight of Piccolo against Android 17....

The Cell saga and android Saga are two different sagas ONLY if you go by the tapes. But they are actually are supposed to be one saga. Same thing with Namek and Frieza Saga. Anyways my fav would have to be the Namek Saga. The fights with Frieza were just so awesome. And plus thats when Goku turned Super Saiyan for the first time! --~

I would have voted for the Freeza Saga, but since you gave it a different name, I voted Namek Saga.

The best saga in all of Dragonball. Before there was a bunch of overpowered super saiyans and invincible, regenerating monsters, there was Freeza. He was an alien that owned a massive Empire, and all feared him because he was the most powerful being in the universe. He and his strongest men make a quick trip to Namek to find immortality, but a small band of fighters set out to stop them...

Second is the Saiyan Saga. My favorite thing about the Cell saga was the final battle between Perfect Cell and Gohan. Cell was cool, but was far too worried about style. He could have blown Earth away with ease..so why didn't he? Buu did it...

Well thats why he started the Cell games. Since hes got the cells of Vegeta in him he wanted a challenge to see if anyone could defeat him BEFORE he blew the Earth up. He got smoked by Gohan, and that was that. sorry about not calling it the freeza saga. But i pretty much went by what the problem of each saga was. Like the problem with the Saiyans, the problem with the androids (Cell was an android, after all), and the problem on Namek. but whatever call it what you will.

I really cant say which one is the best. All i know is that Buu Saga is total crap. And i agree with Fresnokila, The piccolo/17 fight is one of the best in the series.

My fav is the saiyan saga. I love the fight with Vegeta, it's probably because that's when I first started watching it, and it kind of feels nostagic, even if it was only 5 years ago.

yes the buu saga sucks the big one.... glad i never watched it. The cell saga, though, that was quality. especially the smug look on 17's face when 16 knocked the sh*t out of Cell...... then Cell rose up from the crater he made, then sucked up 17. aint that about a bitch?

Wait wait why is the Buu saga total crap? I am kind of liking the "fusion" thing and I liked when Piccolo got it on with Bulma and ChiChi at the same time. Oh wait.. is this the Dragonball Hentai thread?

Actually, I liked the Cell saga the best.. it seems there was more at stake and that they might actually not be victorious.

Exactly. He was trying to be a badass, and just ended up getting beat.

I disagree that Buu saga was crap. Wasn't the greatest, but it was fun to watch.

The fight between Freiza and Goku was easily the best fight out of all of the sagas.

Edit: The fight between Majin Vegeta and Goku was kool too. :P
