its a SOYO KT600 PLus V1.0, I dunno, around 50 bucks. Comes with cables and back plate, but not screws.

If I do standard shipping it will be around 12* bucks. This is not going by UPS or Fedex rates, just standard insured mail.

*EDIT: I forgot the exchange rate changes everything, shipping is 9.
