YEAH!!! The Gold GBA SP is coming to the United States. Day after thanksgiving, Toys "R" Us will have the GOLD GAME BOY ADVANCE SP!!!

I would get it but I bought the Platinum SP. The paint on that damn thing scratches off way to easily.

I'm not getting one. I've got a Platinum GBA SP. A gold one would be nice...but never as good as Platinum :D

JustUsOwls - Strange. I've had mine for many months and there isn't a scratch on it. I take it everywhere too....

True, Platinum is cooler looking than Gold, but a new color that pwns is always a nice thing to have.

The gold one is friggen sweet, although I'd rather have a platinum if I had a choice. But by far the coolest one yet is the green one...... drool! I really need to get an SP, having a plain ole' GBA really sucks these days. :(

i'm perfectly happy with my cobolt one, it matches my indigo cube, it's all about accessorising.

there are a nice selection of colours for the SP now, Onyx, Cobolt, Flame, that limited edition white one, Platinum, Gold, the AWSOME Famicom themed one, and probably more i can't remember.

The gold gba sp is really nice but the color i liked the most is

NO WAY! The famicom GBA:SP looks so friggin awesome!
I have a famicom disk system, though, and I love it, so a gameboy that matches/tributes it would be great!

I guess you have to have played/owned one to really appreciate it. I bet if they released a NES GBA:SP, tons of you would buy it, but the Japanese would think it's ugly :p

The Gold is ok. I want an Onyx to match my GC, but I have a Cobalt because the paint did not scratch as easily as my friends Platinum one.

The Famicom Game Boy Advance SP does look nice. Most of the colors are good, espically the Platinum, and Gold.

I prefer the Platinum color than the Gold which looks very bad .. too shiny

The Fmicom looks great! Sadlly its only for Japan and it cost 80 dollars more! so...

ok...whoever thinks that the famicon one sucks is downright INSANE. that thing is a freaking classic. however gold is sweet and yes, you cant beat that price currently.

The Gold GB SP looks pretty awesome. Although, they all look awesome to me. I might go with a Platinum one to match my GCN. I love my Platinum GCN! It is the best! I want to get a Platinum WaveBird to match it as well.

i still only have a normal gba...platinum so its nice and all but if they came out with a gold gba sp id be all over that like a fat kid on a smartie...the color of gold just apeals to me

I got the Gold GBA SP + SMB 3 bundle from Amazon on Black Friday. It's really nice, although the color isn't much different from the platinum one.

wasnt the SP nintendo's answer to attractin an older audience...and now it comes in all these purty colors...=)...i like my platinum, but stracthes seems to appear from nowhere...sigh...my flame is nice too, but the color is too dark

i agree....my platinum is scratched to hell....and unfortunately, the paint is wearing down in the upper right-hand corner by the R button for sittin ever so comfortably in my pocket....it's like a greyish white under the paint...actually, like the original gb...

i just have a regular ol GBA, i want a new one but my mom won't let me "waste my money". (I have the money but she'll get mad if i buy it, and mad = grounded). I heard that was a defect in GBA SP. The pain wears off.

Wonder if they will come out with a Gold GC. But the Gold GBA SP looks pretty good.
